After you order a H&B&Me test kit, it will be delivered to your home within 1-3 working days.

All our test kits are designed to fit through your letterbox, so you don’t have to wait around at home for your delivery.

Please remember to post your sample back on the same day you take your test – any delays may affect your sample. Use Royal Mail's website to find your nearest post-box.

Please check Royal Mail's strike updates to find out if your delivery could be delayed. Make sure you don't post your sample back the day before a pending strike or on weekends and bank holidays when delays can be expected. Otherwise, your sample will sit at the depot and won't be delivered until much later, affecting your sample and results.

After you place your bundle order, it will get it delivered to your home within 1-3 working days.

We ship to most parts of the UK, apart from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands. Orders placed for delivery in these areas will be cancelled, and we'll issue a full refund immediately. Unfortunately, we are not processing any international orders for the time being.
